Requirements for applicants (on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan) for cargo sales agents of Uzbekistan Airways JSC
Procedures for appointing an agent (on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan)
Submission of an application in the prescribed form by the applicant to Uzbekistan Airways JSC. Attach the following documents to the application:
- Applicant Questionnaire (word doc.);
- Charter of the enterprise;
- Memorandum of association;
- Certificate of state registration;
- Resume for the head and chief accountant of the enterprise;
- Copies of the director's passport and the order on his appointment;
- License or certificates for the right to engage in the sale of air cargo and cargo handling;
- Documents confirming the qualification of personnel in the field of organizing the sale of air cargo transportation.
a) for organization/sale of cargo transportation – 2 people.
b) for the safe transportation of dangerous goods – 2 people.
- Information about the financial condition of the Applicant (statement of the current state of the bank account on a letterhead indicating the IFO and, if available, SWIFT, documentary confirmation of the absence of overdue accounts payable / receivable - a certificate from the servicing bank), as well as an accounting report for the last reporting year or an auditor's report for the last reporting year;
- The lease agreement for the premises, with an attached photo of the office (facade and interior), as well as directly at the point of sale, necessary to have an informational sign indicating the name of the organization, phone numbers and work schedule;
- A company letterhead with imprints of all available seals of the company and an e-mail address corresponding to the name of the Applicant.
