1	In accordance with Article 79 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Joint Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders' Rights" the employment contract with Khakimov Bakhtier Ibragimovich, acting chairman of Uzbekistan Airways JSC, shall be annulled in connection with the transition to another job on the basis of his disagreement and Makhkamov Ilkhom Rustamovich shall be appointed chairman of the board
2	Makhkamov Ilhom Rustamovich, a member of the Supervisory Board of “Uzbekistan Airways” JSC, should be terminated ahead of schedule
3	To approve the new organizational structure of the executive body of JSC "Uzbekistan Airways" in accordance with the Annex.
