The Call of the Chairman of the Management Board of “Uzbekistan Airways” Joint-Stock Company to counteract and prevent corruption
Dear citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and guests!
On behalf of the Board of JSC "Uzbekistan Airways," I would like to address a crucial topic - countering corruption in our company, JSC "Uzbekistan Airways," and the aviation industry as a whole.
In recent years, the issue of fighting corruption has gained paramount importance in Uzbekistan, with a fierce and uncompromising battle being waged against corruption in various spheres of state and public administration. We can confidently state that our country has established a significant legal and institutional framework in this direction - a number of laws and regulations have been adopted, important organizational and legal reforms have been implemented, Uzbekistan is participating in many international events, while at the same time, corruption-related crimes are being reported in the media almost daily.
Corruption is a threat not only to the reputation of our organization but also to the stability and development of the entire country. It undermines the trust of passengers, partners, and society as a whole, hinders the effective use of resources, and reduces competitiveness.
Combating corruption is an integral part of our corporate policy and a commitment to society, the state, and you, our esteemed passengers and partners. We firmly believe that only honest and open relationships allow us to achieve high service quality standards and ensure the reliability of our services.
Our company adheres to the principles of safety, integrity, transparency, and responsibility. We believe that every employee should perform their duties conscientiously and strictly comply with ethical standards. A crucial component of our policy is zero tolerance for any manifestations of corruption.

Your cooperation and support in anti-corruption efforts are vital for achieving our common goals - developing national aviation, improving service quality, and enhancing our country's reputation on the international stage.
