On adoption of recommendations of corporate governance rules by “Uzbekistan Аirways” JSC
“Uzbekistan Airways" JSC informs that by the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 18.10.2019, the Board of Directors of "Uzbekistan Airways" JSC adopted the recommendations on corporate governance rules.
The Company has undertaken to comply with the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Rules for enterprises with state participation approved by the minutes of the meeting of the Commission on Improving the Efficiency of Joint Stock Companies' Operations and Corporate Governance System No. 15 dated 20.04.2018 starting from 18.10.2019.
