“Uzbekistan Helicopters” issued operator's certificate

On November 5, 2019, Uzbekistan Helicopters LLC was issued Operator's Certificate No. 5 - O due to renaming and change of ownership form.

This document was issued by the Agency "Uzaviatsiya" in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Procedure for Issuance of the Operator's Certificate in Civil Aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and on the basis of the application of Uzbekistan Helicopters LLC.

As previously reported, pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to radically improve the civil aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan" dated 27.11.2018.

Restructuring of Uzbekistan NSC was completed, as a result of which two joint-stock companies Uzbekistan Airways and Uzbekistan Airports were established.

Uzbekistan Airways JSC, established on the basis of the Directorate of the National Joint-Stock Company "Letnyi Kompleks" and state unitary enterprises "Letnyi Kompleks", "Main Agency of Air Traffic" and "Uzaviatekhsnab" Logistics Complex, acts as a founder for "Aviation Training Center", "Uzbekistan Airways Technics", "Uzbekistan Airways Catering" LLC, as well as for "Uzbekistan Helicopters".
