Uzbekistan Airways ticket sales branch opens its doors in an updated format! Passengers of the national air carrier can expect interactive self-service panels, the opportunity to purchase air tickets and services for Uzbekistan Airways, Uzbekistan Airways Express, Silk Avia flights, as well as Uzbekistan Helicopters services!
In order to create more comfortable conditions for purchasing airline tickets and flight-related services, Uzbekistan Airways Sales branch is located at a new address: Tashkent city, Yakkasaray district, Shota Rustaveli street, 9.
In the updated sales office of Uzbekistan Airways, separate ticket offices are allocated that provide services for legal entities, conditions have been created for people with disabilities and for passengers with small children. In addition to the sale and possibility of booking and rebooking air tickets for flights of Uzbekistan Airways, Uzbekistan Airways Express, Silk Avia and the provision of Uzbekistan Helicopters services, passengers will also be provided with services for issuing airline tickets based on Interline and Code-share agreements. The building of the updated branch of Uzbekistan Airways Sales also has interactive self-service panels that provide passengers with the opportunity to independently purchase airline services based on the official website. There have been increased a number of service desks, and an electronic queue operates throughout working hours.
Thanks to the central location and excellent transport links, residents will be able to quickly and conveniently reach the airline’s sales branch.
Uzbekistan Airways Sales’ work schedule: from 08:00 to 20:00, seven days a week without lunch break.
We remind you that the Uzbekistan Airways Sales office, located at 51 Amir Temur street, works in a limited mode on November 16, the renovated office has been fully operational from 12:00 (from November 16, after the opening ceremony).
